Introduction

In this section we will explore where you are and where you want to be, taking time to reflect and refresh your values. This is a time to celebrate your experience of coming on board the Parental Empowerment Programme.

We will provide you will resources and tools to continue to support you as you travel forward in your journey and choose the paths that are right for you and your family.

We wish you all well and look forward to walking beside you through the next steps and stages.

Course Materials/Activities

Once the group know each other a bit then you can start your sessions. The group will decide when and where they meet, for how long and how many sessions they want to sign up for. The sessions can be face to face or remote and probably a mixture of both will be the best fit.

Consider childcare issues if out with school time e.g. Play Development or Active Schools.
