We are going to be doing a little scavenger hunt and I’d also like you to bring along something that you’ve done this week that you are proud of. Good morning boys and girls!🤗 We’ve completed another week of home learning, well done everyone!

📞I have some really exciting news! Next Friday the 12th January  we will be able to meet up online using a system called VScene! Mrs McKee will send your parents an email with all the details you need to join. I am so looking forward to seeing you all.😊 I will post more details when all the times have been confirmed. It will be great!🎉

We have decided that there were so many fantastic little videos of poems sent to us by you all throughout the school, that we are going to run a little competition for each stage.

If you wish to enter, please send me a little video of you saying your poem(My Wee Doggie) by Wednesday 10th February. The winner will be announced on Friday 12th. I have already received some, so I will pass these onto the other p2 teachers who will be judging our class. 🙂

☔️Today is going to be another wet and cold day, so why not try to focus on one of the activities from Mrs McLaughland’s suggestions for mental health week- on the school blog?

I’m going to choose this one:

🎶Dance to music🎶 – How do you feel?

• Do you feel like dancing to fast or slow music?
• Can you find music you want to stamp your feet to if you are angry or jump up and down to if you are happy?

My little girl likes to do Just Dance and always chooses the song Timber to dance to. Maybe you could give that a try?
