I hope everyone had a lovely fun-filled weekend!
For homework this week we are revising previously learned phonemes. Feel free to practice any words with the phonemes: sh, ch, th, ng, wh, ph, ee, oo, ck, ai, oy, oa, qu, ay, ea and ow. I have attached suggested word lists below.

For reading, children have all been allocated a new book. As we are doing The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark as a novel study in class, our comprehension activities will be linked to this and not our Bug Club book, but please ensure this is read at least a couple of times through the week.
Sapphires – Shaun the Sheep Too Many Jobs
Diamonds – Bug Boy Beetle Cookies
For numeracy we are continuing to focus on money. Below are some suggestions of games that children could play to reinforce this at home.
