Primary 2/3 Update
This week we celebrated Book Week Scotland in Primary 2/3. We all brought in our favourite books and talked about them in front of the class. It was so interesting to learn all about our favourite books and everyone did a fantastic job!
In our literacy lessons we found out all about fiction and non-fiction books and did a non-fiction book hunt. We also created a big reading display for our new comfy reading corner. One of our favourite activities was Drop everything and Read and we had a great treat when P6/7 pupils read to us and P1/2 in the hall.
We finished off the week with some great Pudsey activities on Friday.
Name the Elf winner
The name of the “elf” was picked from the box by Mrs Black and is being held securely by Mrs Caldwell until Sunday.
We look forward to seeing you at the hub for the Parent Council’s table- top sale.
