A polite reminder that the closing date for free delivery back to school is Tuesday 21^st  April 2026.  Order through the Tempest website using your unique link that was emailed to you, or if you have received paper order forms visit www.tempest-orders.co.uk

Our exciting Commonwealth Games Easter Programme is now live on the East Ayrshire Leisure Website. Please see link below which takes you to the calendar, select your venue and book on. Barony Sports Village will be the closest for this cluster. Please note you must contact beforehand if your child has any additional support need or requirement which needs extra care. If this is not done parents may be required to wait at the sessions to support when they turn up.

**Please note that Mrs Anderson from Robert Burns Academy will be available from 3.00 p.m. – 5.00 p.m. to answer any questions you may have regarding your child’s transition to secondary school.

**Additional note – This Parents Evening is only for pupils for P3-7 as Primary 1/2 have already had their appointment with Miss Smith. Thank you.

Please note that the school will close at 2.30 p.m. on Thursday 2 April for the Easter Holidays. Children who travel on school bus transport will be collected at 2.00 p.m.

As we get back into the new term we want to encourage pupils and parents to make use of the online reading scheme. This decodable scheme gives pupils practise reading themselves using the  sounds and phonemes they already have, this might be at an easier level than the teaching phonemes and the texts utilised in class. Please find support in accessing below:

P1 + P7 dental inspection will take place on Wednesday 11th February. An information letter from NHS Ayrshire & Arran is in your child’s school bag today. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact the school.
