P5/6 Class Blog 23/24
Welcome to Primary 5/6’s class blog for the session 2023/24.
Please visit regularly to find out about our learning journey and weekly for homework.
Mrs Scarisbrick will be the class teacher on a Monday and
Mrs Elstone will be the class teacher for the rest of the week.
PE
This year our PE days are Monday and Wednesday.
Please bring appropriate footwear and shorts/leggings or jogging bottoms and a polo shirt/T-shirt on these days.
Please note: hair must be tied up (or bring a bobble to tie it up) and jewellery left at home on P.E. days.
Homework
Homework will be uploaded on the Monday on the homework page and is due the following Monday.
This will normally consist of literacy and numeracy activities and sometimes a topic/ shared learning activity.
Homework will consolidate learning that has taken place in class. A homework jotter will be sent home for all homework tasks to be completed in.
Children will also have their own personal reading book from the library in their bags as we complete personal reading 2-3 times a week in class.
