Whittling – with a potato peeler!
‘Whittling’ is carving wooden objects by taking off small pieces at a time. Torak would have used a knife to whittle useful objects like pegs for a shelter but it’s possible to use a sturdy potato peeler to do the same job. Follow the safety advice closely!
