Build Dens
Make your own den but first decide what your den is for – is it a place to hide, shelter from the weather, share with other people? What materials can you use? Often the best dens are made from items people no longer want or use – old bed sheets, sticks or branches found on the ground (not cut down from trees), pieces of old carpet, boxes or crates no longer needed.
Noah and his friends spent a lot of time building and maintaining their dens in the Wilderness. Read the descriptions of the dens and see if you can work out what materials were used and where they came from.
