This activity encourages us to look after our environment and the creatures we share it with. It also helps to develop fine motor skills (especially holding small objects in a pincer grip between finger and thumb). This activity also counts towards the RSPB Wild Challenge Award.

Differentiation
Try making bird kebabs (see link above) – these require less fine motor control and are more suitable for pupils who may mouth or eat objects.
