I have uploaded all the materials you will need for today on our MS Teams page. You will find todays activities on the Class Notebook > Welcome > Thursday 4th February 2021. You may also have to click on the three books icon at the left hand side to see these options.

All the resources that you will need for today can be found under the Files tab > Class Materials > Thursday 4th February 2021.

Please let me if you have any issues accessing any of the materials for today.

P3 Thursday 4th of February

Hi P3 how are you all today?

Great to see some of you yesterday and your happy smiling faces.

Today we have got some reading from Oxford Owl and more phoneme practice. In maths we are looking at adding totals of money with coins and an addition strategy, and for our topic we are taking a look at potatoes 🙂

Hopefully you are managing to get some exercise, even though the weather has not been very nice.

P5 Thursday 4th February 2021

Happy Thursday everyone,

How are you all today?  The storms may have stopped us from getting out and about over the last few days but you are all doing so well and I have had a lot of fun reading your amazing stories about Charly and Bob-e which have cheered me up. Thank you.

Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for our live Numeracy lesson.  the next part will take place at 9.45am this morning – I look forward to catching up with you all then.

Today’s activities are, as always in Teams > Class Notebook > Content Library > P5 Resources > Thursday 4th February 2021.

Please read the instructions carefully – especially those about Giglets.  Everyone has been assigned a new book this week and with each book there are activities to be completed.  Owls and Puffins, there are 2 sets of questions to complete (The HOTS questions and the Reading Test Questions).  Robins, there is one set of Reading Test Questions for you to answer.  Your log in details are also in the Activity document.  Your User ID is your FIRSTNAMEX  (where X is the initial for your second name).

Your Interdisciplinary activity link can be found below and also in the Class Notebook document.  It’s an episode of Operation Ouch to watch carefully with some questions to answer afterwards .

As always, if you have any queries, do let me know.

I look forward to seeing you all at 9.45am for our Numeracy lesson,

Take care,

from,

Miss Steedman
