All About Spring

Yesterday your activity was to look out for signs of Springtime. Today, you could explore the PowerPoint in the link above and see if you found any of the signs.

Did you find flowers yesterday?  You could use them in this activity, suggested by Debra from the Sunshine Room.

Frozen Flowers

What you will need:        A variety of flower petals, Water and an ice cube tray.

1. Gently place the flower parts into the ice cube tray.
2. Put water into the tray, right to the top.
3. Put the tray into the freezer.
4. When the water has turned solid, into ice, pop the cubes out, into a tray .
5. If you have a magnifying glass, you could investigate what is hiding within the ice!
