Within the EAST staffing complement there are PSA Coaches.  Their remit is to help empower our Pupil Support Assistants to support our children and young people who have additional support needs. 

This is done predominantly through modelling and coaching but also includes the development of targeted interventions, training support materials and resources.  The PSA glow tile is populated with a wide range of support materials which has been well received by colleagues: “Great information and signposting to additional relevant resources.”

Induction training is also available and forms part of the EAST Professional Development Calendar.
