Someone calls the following instructions, building up to a faster pace;

 

Runner beans – Run

Jumping beans – Jump

Long beans – Stand tall and stretch

Broad beans – Stand legs and arms wide apart like a star

Baked beans – Sit down and lift feet off floor

Jelly beans – Shake your body
