Building up terror – horror (contains swearing)

Listen to non-diegetic minor key music. Use of red to connote murder. Actor not blinking. This scene was shot over 120 times to get it to look exactly like the director’s vision. If you look at the windows in this scene, you can’t see anything; no clouds, no snow, not a thing. Actors were physically exhausted by the time this final version of the scene was filmed. This was another film which gained fans over the years. Reception was originally mixed but it is now considered a classic horror.
