Primary 1 Transitions

Please keep checking our blog for Transition updates. We have created a new page called “Crosshouse PS transitions” and will be posting pictures of staff, videos from key staff members and lots of information to keep you up to date. The page should show up down the right hand side of the blog, however not all devices are the same so this might look different for you. If you are having trouble finding information type “Transition” in the search bar above and all our posts relating to this topic will appear.

We will also be sharing any information posted form other relevant primary schools regarding transitions.
