We visited the Vikingar in Largs. It was such a great day. Firstly, we went into the longhouse to hear all about life during the Viking era. Then we learned all about the famous Viking Gods and Goddesses. We finished off our workshop by dressing up as different Vikings and putting on a play.

Health Week Day Five
This morning we were visited by Luke’s mum who talked to us about keeping our teeth healthy 🦷. She gave us a disposal tablet that shows up the plague and baterica that’s still in our mouths even after brushing. She brought in pictures and box of rotten teeth so we will make sure we are brushing our teeth correctly.
After that we went to Taekwondo taster sessions where we got to try out lots of different skills. Hazel let us see some of her trophies 🏆, medals and belts. They were cool.

This morning we joined primary 3 to hear all about Callum & Rory’s mum’s adventure completing the London Marathon. She told us all about her training journey and the things she needed to support her during the 26.2mile race. We were all fascinated by how well she ran the London Marathon. After that the primary 4 girls played football against Darvel Primary. The blue team from Fenwick won :). We then went with primary 6 on a mindfulness walk around the village. We worked in pairs to see if we could find items on our walk which began with each letter of the alphabet.
