P1 worked together to complete the challenge of running/walking a marathon. We managed all 26 miles over the week.

Health Week – Massage in the garden
We enjoyed a massage session out in the garden. We practised mindfulness too and used our senses and listened to sounds we could hear, things we could feel.
Health Week – Dentist Visit
Our parent volunteer talked to P1 and P2 all about the importance of tooth brushing.
Some pupils even got to do an experiment to see how well they can clean their teeth.
Health Week – Taekwondo
Thanks to our volunteers from Phoenix Taekwondo who took a session for us where we practised different punches and kicks.
We were lucky enough to see and hold some of the medals and trophies our volunteers have won…World Champs!
