Children will come home today with the new menus for lunch. These will start after the holiday weekend.
Please circle your child’s lunch for each day and return to Joanne tomorrow or Thursday.

Children’s Mental Health Week
MThis week:
Children’s Mental Health Week is taking place on 7TH-13TH February 2022.
This year’s theme is Growing Together.
The children will take part in cosmic yoga. The children have also been enjoying mindful music and lying with their eyes closed or watching therapeutic videos of fish and sea creatures.
This week the mindfulness will take place each day.
Reflections
Today we were exploring reflections. The children were exploring different reflective surfaces that they found in the playroom.
What makes it a reflection? Because you can’t feel it. I’m upside down, I can see my legs.

Building Plans for our ECC
Please see below for the architect drawings for the modifications to our ECC. These are the plans for the re-development of the inside of the building and the outdoor play area. We are hoping work will start at the end of February.

Making a train
The children have been learning the words to Ally Bally during Scottish celebrations.
Today they created their own tartan using cars to help.
They also enjoyed a special Scottish treat of short bread.
We used the Promethean board to listen to some Scottish songs too, such as Three Craws and You Canny Shove Your Granny Off A Bus.
