Please have a look at the information from our recent surveys to gather information on your views of our Centre.
Throughout the year, the ECC staff engage in the self-evaluation of our performance, acknowledging successes and recognising there are things we could change in our on-going commitment to improvement.
As part of the self-evaluation process is to improve how the ECC works for children and families, we gather the thoughts of our parents and children through surveys and questionnaires.
If anyone has further feedback please share this with Joanne at the door or contact myself on 01560 600403 or rhona.mckillop@eastayrshire.org.uk
Thank you

Child Survey
Dear Parent/Carer,
We are approaching the start of our new term at the ECC and we would like to share with you the information from East Ayrshire Council regarding lunches.
This information can be found using the following link.
https://www.east-ayrshire.gov.uk/EducationAndLearning/NurserySchoolPlaces/meals/elc-meals.aspx
However, some information, is included below.
All children attending a funded early learning and childcare session in our Early Childhood Centres receive a hot meal provided by our catering team.
From August 2023, there will be a single hot meal option with either a starter or dessert every day.
The menus have been designed to include popular dishes whilst maintaining nutritional standards. We consult regularly with staff about menus and the meal experience in our Early Childhood Centres through our ‘Meals Group’ and consulted with children about meals as part of our Statutory Consultation in 2022.
Soup will be available daily as an alternative light meal option for any child who may require it. All soups are made fresh daily.
