Jan – ELCP – (Dolphins) – Outdoor Champion
Being an ELCP is a great job to do, as it is very rewarding to witness the development of each individual. It is also very rewarding building positive relationships with parents, carers and other stakeholders. I am currently Outdoor Champion and strive to access our outside areas at every possible opportunity. Being brought up and still living in the countryside, I have always taken a keen interest in agriculture and horticulture. This passion enabled me to become an Outdoor Champion. I also take pride in our outdoor areas and I am always looking for new ideas and learning resources to improve the experiences that we provide as a whole staff within this environment.
I am a mum of three and have just recently become a grandmother. Down time is spent working in my garden at home which I find very therapeutic and also baking… Pancakes being a firm favorite.
