Can parents/carers please ensure that their child’s annual data check is returned to the school by Friday 25 August. It is important that the school has up to date contact details. Please contact the school office if you need assistance with this form.

NHS Scotland recommends all primary school pupils get their flu vaccine. The vaccine can help protect against flu and serious complications such as bronchitis and pneumonia. Your child has been issued with a consent form today. Please return the form by Friday 25 August. NHS request this information by that date to order vaccinations.

Check out our amazing P6/7 class exploring and successfully coding games onto MicroBits!  Truly brilliant and wonderful enthusiasm in the class challenging themselves to tricky codes after only being introduced to Microbits LAST WEEK!

Through a successful application we have 20 Micro bits available in school to help teach digital literacy and coding as part of our technologies curriculum.
We have introduced Micro Bits, making it easy to have immediate success with coding. It’s great for simple, tangible introductions to digital and computing technologies. Helping students learn what digital and computing technologies are and how they work
The children in the upper classes have thrived using this new technology and are setting themselves a challenge to learn how to play ‘Rock, Paper, Scissors.’  Check back in later to see the results!!
