Data Consent Forms

The forms below have been designed to allow parents to complete one consent form for all siblings attending the same school / ECC.

Previously, parents of a family of 3 children in Bellsbank last year would have completed 9 forms!!
This year you only need to complete each form below once, but name all children attending that establishment.

These are your Data Consent Forms and they must be completed ASAP.

If you have any trouble accessing the FORMS and require assistance to complete, please contact me directly and I can arrange a suitable time to meet and assist where I can.

1.

Thanks,

Welcome to Bellsbank.  We have created this short video to give you a taster of some of the work that goes on in our brilliant wee school every day.  We pride ourselves on the strong relationships and connections within Bellsbank and welcome you to the heart of our community: Bellsbank Primary School and ECC.

At Bellsbank Primary, we recognise the importance of the community in which we sit and our vision  is suitably ambitious: we aim to be a centre of excellence for learning which is a driving force for positive change is across the community.  We work hard to move ever closer to this goal and we were delighted to open the doors to our new school building in Spring 2020. We have a strong values based ethos with high expectations for all learners evident in learning and teaching across the school. Our new school badge reflects the type of school we are. We are proud of the work that we do at Bellsbank and we want everyone to feel that pride: our children, our staff, our parents and our wider community.

We provide a safe, fun and engaging learning environment encompassing our core values of honesty, respect, responsibility, equality, inclusion, fairness and compassion. We promote self-evaluation as a means for driving forward positive change whilst focussing relentlessly on improvements to teaching and learning.  We hope you have enjoyed this video, other videos providing more details on specific aspects of the school will follow in due course. In the meantime, we welcome you warmly to our School; Welcome to Team Bellsbank.
