Reading Challenge
Some of you may remember our annual Connect 4 Reading Challenge where the children try to read firstly 4 and then 9 selected books.
This year we have levelled the time and types of books bringing them together to encourage the children to read a variety of different books.
The children should try to get a line crossed off either horizontally, vertically or diagonally. Please help them to photograph or draw the cover of the books they read and post on their teams,
I hope this sparks some further reading. The children may also wish to keep a book log giving the books they have read a star rating out of 5. This can be done in the one of the jotters from the grab bags.
Enjoy!
Suggested Daily Timetable
Please be advised this is just a suggested plan to help the children have a routine, you may have already worked out a better one for you and your particular circumstances. We would love to see photos posted on teams of any work completed.
Thank you
Thank you
May I thank you all for your patience today as we all get to grips with the technology and all the glitches we and others across the country have encountered. Some staff have still issues waiting to be resolved by technicians in order for them to be able to add work or provide feedback. As you can imagine there is a great demand for services and we will work around issues until they can be solved.
We are working hard to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. Thank you

Dates for the Diary – postponement
Advice has come in that all visitors to the school should be minimised and therefore we have taken the decision to postpone the following events where parents would normally be very welcome to attend: Class Assemblies, Sharing the Learning Workshops, Parents Nights and The Easter Service. Where possible these events will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
Report cards will be issued on Friday 20th March to give you information on your child’s learning.
Thank you for your ongoing support.
