The Magic Socks Anthology

On 3rd March, 2016, World Book Day was celebrated in Loanhead Primary School, as well as across the world.  Part of our celebration involved creating an anthology of wonderful, imaginative stories on the theme of ‘The Magic Socks’.  The stories each transport you across worlds and fantastic adventures.

The following children had their story published in ‘The Magic Socks Anthology’ which will be kept in LPS Library for posterity.

Carmen Hume – Room 2,      Lewis Cameron – Room 4,      Isla McGregor – Room 6,      Jamie Adams – Room 5,      Brynn Bell – Room 9,      Nicole Boyle – Room 16,      Nathan Orr – Room 13,      Freya Gilmour – Room 15.

Thursday afternoon clubs

club2

We are delighted with how successful our Thursday clubs have been this year with all children really taking part and clearly enjoying their clubs.  As the last few weeks of the school year is such a busy time with lots going on, that brings our clubs to an end for this year.  We will be looking to restart the clubs in the new school year.
