This Thursday is a dress down day,  suggested donation of 50p.

Please note that our end of year summer service will take place at the New Laigh Kirk at 10am.  All are welcome to attend.

Should bad weather stop our attendance, parents/carers will be notified by text from the school as early as possible.

Congratulations to all the children in Dean House who worked so well together to reach this achievement!  Also well done to Howard who came a close second followed by Kay then Piersland.

The children in Dean, alongside Star Challenge Winners, will now enjoy a movie treat in school next week – please note that permission letters have been sent home to all children invited to view the movie and these must be signed and returned to allow your child to participate in the movie treat.  Once again, well done to all the children on a marvellous year achieving points for their Houses.

Please join me in congratulating the Roon the Toon Friends of Loanhead runners who successfully completed the 10k run yesterday and are on target to achieving their goal of £500 sponsorship!  This money raised will be used within the school in the STEM room.  Many thanks to everyone who contributed towards this fantastic amount and a huge thank you to the Friends of Loanhead runners.

This weekend six members of our Friends of Loanhead Fundraising Team will take on the Roon the Toon 10k and will be raising money for our school STEM room.  There is still time to show your support and sponsor them if you would like to – click here to visit their just giving page.  The race starts at 10am, Sunday 12th of June leaving from the Ayrshire Athletic Arena.  Good luck to all the runners!
