Congratulations to the following children:

A huge congratulations to Primary 2/3 who delivered their assembly to the school and parents with confidence and great pride.  It is clear they have enjoyed their ‘Harris the Hero’ topic.

Special recognition was given to everyone in Primary 5 for their amazing assembly performance this week.

The school celebrated their achievements at today’s Celebrate Assembly’.

A huge well done to Primary 4 who showcased their ‘Inventors and Inventions’ assembly to the school, and their parents/carers.

A huge well done and thank you to Gaby and Logan from Primary 6 who represented Loanhead Primary at the Fellowship of Kilmarnock Churches event yesterday at the New Laigh Kirk.

The theme of the event was ‘Seeds of Change: Caring for Our Environment’. It provided an opportunity to share with our school community the eco-work the school has been taking part in the last year, and our plans for moving forward this year.

Both children presented with confidence and great pride of the work that is taking place across the school.

Thank you Gaby and Logan for giving up your time on Sunday to share the school’s eco work.  All of our school community are so proud of you both.

Well done to the children who came to school in brightly coloured clothes as part of our Road Safety Week.

Thank you to our JRSO champions who have highlighted the importance of wearing brightly coloured clothes as we travel to and from school.
