As from 23 October 2017, Mr Peter Gilchrist will be assuming the role of Acting Executive Head Teacher for both Auchinleck and Cumnock Academies with the overall responsibility for bringing the two school communities together as we move towards a merger of the 2 schools.
In the first instance, this will have two implications:
- Mr Peter Gilchrist will move to Cumnock Academy to take over the post of Acting Head Teacher there
- Mr Martin Robertson will assume the post of Acting Head Teacher in Auchinleck Academy
