P4 Newsletter term 3 – January till Easter

P3-4 Term Three News

In P3/4 they have been drawing haunted houses in art! Some skills they developed whilst making their art were to use different art materials and to use lines to make recognisable shapes.  Her are some examples of their work.

On the 1st of December P3/4 got a surprise guest…Buddy the kindness elf!

Since then Buddy the kindness elf has been sending P3/4 letters! Here is a photo of Buddy with one of his letters!

In return P3/4 all wrote a letter back to him. Here is a photo of their work. P3/4 have also been drawing pictures for buddy the elf.

Buddy the elf’s job is to make sure everyone is being kind to each other.

P4 recently have been making winter poinsettia art. To make this art they used a variety of mark making materials to design their art work. Here are there success criteria.

Primary 4 have recently been working on their London skyline art. Whilst doing this they have been working on using water colours. Here are some examples of their art work.
