Christmas Market Fun at Heathhall Primary School
Primary 4/5 to Primary 7 have been busy preparing goods in our Skills Academy to sell at our Christmas Market to pupils within the school. The hall was filled with excited children and was bursting with Christmas spirit. Have a look at our photographs of our busy day. Monies raised will be going to support charities.

Christmas Market Fun in Primary 6 at Heathhall
We have been busy preparing our goods to sell at the Christmas Market on Tuesday 20th December. This is part of our Interdisciplinary Learning and Skills Academy.
The skills we have been using are: being a team player, problem solving, enterprise, motivation, organised and communication.
We have been busy bees!
Social Dancing in Primary 6 at Heathhall Primary School.
Primary 6 have been learning social dancing skills with Mr Sharp during PE lessons . We thoroughly enjoyed our dancing and worked up an appetite for our lunch.
Dance Celebrations in Primary 6
A HUGE well done goes to Holly, Sophie, Ellie, Eva, Piper, Evie, Brooke, Leah and Autumn on their recent dance entry into a regional dance competition for schools.

What’s Going on in Primary 6
Primary 6 are busy preparing for Christmas. We have been writing narrative stories about a naughty elf. We have been creating Winter artwork. We have also been looking at modern art and creating our own.
Mapping Skills and the World Cup 2022
Primary 6 have been completing research on a chosen country taking part in the World Cup.
We then used an atlas to locate countries on a blank map and identify the capital city of each country taking part in the World Cup.
We then had to research the flag of the country and choose a colour from the flag to colour the country on the blank map.
War Art in Primary 6
Primary 6 has been learning about why we remember on Remembrance Day. We wrote Flanders Field in our best handwriting and answered reading comprehension questions on the famous poem.
We created two pieces of art to do with world wars. We also researched key information on World Wars.

Optical Illusion Art in Primary 6
Primary 6 have been busy creating Optical Illusion art. Have a look at our fabulous pictures.
Fruit Kebabs in Primary 6
In Skills Academy, we have been preparing fruit to make fruit kebabs. We talked about being safe and not hurting ourselves. We enjoyed eating our fruit kebabs that we made.
