Establishments can now purchase paid apps for their iPads through the Schools’ Digital Team. To do this, please complete the form below.

Guidance

Part 1 – this should be the details of the person completing the form.

Part 2 – complete the total values once you have completed the table in part 5.

Part 3 – school name.

Part 4 – please provide a link to the App Store for each app, this is to ensure the correct app is purchased. Please also detail how many of each app you require, the cost per app and the *device names each is to be uploaded to.

* If a device doesn’t have a sticker with the name on it, go to Settings > General > About and you will see the device name.

Part 5 – please detail the ledger code/s and the quantity and costs assigned to each code.

Part 6 – please record the name of the personal authorising the purchase, their post and the date.

The authorising officer should email the completed forms to EducationICT@dumgal.gov.uk. For audit purposes, this gives the purchase card holder permission to purchase the apps. Our administrator, Tanya Harriman is the purchase card holder; Tanya will purchase your apps, and liaise with our ICT Support Technicians to get them uploaded to your devices.
