Bronze Music Leaders Award
Course information
The award focuses on three main areas of study:
- Performance
- Leadership
- Engagement with professional music
By completion of the Bronze Award, you will develop:
- Knowledge and understanding of self (own musical skills, qualities and experiences).
- Knowledge and understanding of effective leadership practices within a musical context.
- Ability to provide peer support in a musical setting with supervision.
- Ability to reflect on their own learning.
- Ability to maintain a reflective log.
Upon successful completion of this course you will be awarded 24 Credits at SCQF Level 5.
Assessment methods
Portfolio submission of recordings, performances, logbooks, and other supporting evidence.
Entry requirements
Candidate should be able to perform 2 pieces at Grade 5 standard by the end of the assessment process.
