Borgue awards and Active School Sports!

We had a super assembly today with lots of achievers!

Most house points this week:

Kester, Elijah and Henry for Ross

Ted, Benjamin and Morann for Brighouse.

Pupil of the week went to Joel in P1-3 and Darcey in P4-7. Well done everyone!

We have also been fortunate to have Amy Niven from Active Schools coming to do some fun outdoor PE sessions with us and both classes received their Gold certificates for completing their alloted number of laps around the field . Thank you to Amy for all her hard work, we can’t wait to have you back soon!

Borgue orienteering…indoors!

The weather was truly awful today so P4-7 had a class vote and opted to stay inside…hopefully next week we will get out in the playground.

We looked at map symbols today and also orienteering symbols. We then did a treasure hunt around the school to locate them and guess what they were.

Some very good answers from the pupils but the duck was the hardest to get! Ask your learner if the can remember what it means.
