🌟 P7 Leadership in Action – House Captains 🌟
Our Primary 7 pupils have been putting their skills for learning, life and work into action as they take part in our House Captain selection process.
Taking on an important leadership role comes with responsibility, so pupils have worked through a three-step process:
📝 Step 1 – Application: Pupils completed an application explaining their strengths, ideas and why they would make a good House Captain.
💬 Step 2 – Interview: Pupils took part in group discussions and interviews, sharing their views, listening respectfully to others and considering how pupil voice can help us make positive changes at Sheuchan.
🎤 Step 3 – Presentation: Today, pupils completed the final stage by delivering presentations, demonstrating confidence, preparation, creativity and communication skills.
Throughout the process, our P7s have been developing their Meta-skills and making connections with our Metaverse Aliens, recognising the different skills they use when communicating, collaborating, thinking creatively and showing initiative.
A huge thank you to our families for all the encouragement, preparation and support that has been going on behind the scenes. It has been lovely to see the effort pupils have put into each stage.
Whatever the final outcome, every pupil who has taken part has gained valuable experience and should be proud of their contribution. 🌟
