Buddies

Enid’s family has been looking of the photos of the Primary 6 buddies meeting our children’s families:

“Really lovely to have the opportunity to meet Enids buddy Katy, Enid is very fond of her. I think it’s a great idea to buddy the nursery children up with a P6 pupil, I think it will really help Enid settle into school.”

Thank you for your kind comment. We are certainly very impressed with our buddies and think that they will make a big difference to the children as they move to Primary 1.

Proud Mummy And Daddy

Joshua’s family is delighted with his recent certificate:

“My wee dude was so pleased when he got his certificate. He was smiling all weekend & telling everybody. He was a very proud boy & Mummy & Daddy were proud too. Well done Joshi 😍☺ “

It’s lovely to hear how proud Joshua and his family are feeling. Very well done Joshua! Keep up the great work.

Fab Photos

Joshua and Nancy’s family enjoyed our photos of the royal wedding celebrations.

Fab photos of all the children. I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as Joshua & Nancy did 😊 xΒ “

“Nancy loved snack time. She was comparing what she had for snack with her brother & what he had for snack when got home 🀣.”

We are glad that you both enjoyed our special day. It is lovely to have a special snack sometimes and it was certainly a little bit special that day.

Thumbs Up

It seems that our potential Primary 1 children have been enjoying their time in Miss Campbell’s class as they gave her a ‘thumbs up’ at the end of a recent visit. Two of their families also left lovely comments.

“Brooke has loved her first couple of visits to primary 1, she hasnt stopped talking about it and is so looking forward to starting big school. It’s nice to see how confident she is in the classroom setting”

It’s fab to see all the children enjoyed visiting the P1 classroom. Joshua is very excited & looking forward to primary after the summer 😊.”

We have more visits planned to Primary 1 and the Primary 6 buddies will be taking the children back to the playground so lots to look forward to.

Busy Times

Joshua and Nancy’s family has been enjoying the photos of the Big Pedal Fun Day and the seed planting and have left us some lovely comments.

“Joshua & Nancy look like they are raring to go. They loved being in the playground on the bikes 😁.”

“Wow Nancy looks like she was concentrating very hard when planting her sunflower seeds. Clever girl, well done 😊.”

“Well done Joshua on concentrating very well planting your sunflower seeds. Your getting very good at planting & flowers 😊.”

It has certainly been a busy time in Nursery lately but the children never seem to be short of enthusiasm for all our activities.

Biking To School

Emilia’s family has been looking at the photos of Big Pedal Fun Day:

“Emilia really enjoyed the bike session and loves taking her bike to school.”

We are glad that you enjoyed the different activities Emilia. You have certainly been keeping up with the idea of cycling to school and always arrive with a lovely smile on your face. Keep up the good work.

Growing Plants

Jasmin’s family has been looking at the photos of the children planting their sunflower seeds:

“Jasmin was thrilled to have planted her own flower and is continuing to look after it and watch it grow at home.”

Fingers crossed that it keeps growing Jasmin and then you will be able to plant it in your garden

Planting

Leah and Enid have been talking to their families at home about planting seeds this week.

“Leah told us all about planting her seed in compost. She helped her papa plant his his tomato πŸ… plants this week too. She really enjoyed gardening”

“Enid told me all about how she had been planting seeds, she looks every bit the professional in this photo.”

Well done Enid and Leah for sharing your learning at home. You both did very well with your planting. Let’s hope that your seeds start to grow and good luck to Leah’s Papa for his tomato plants. I wonder which will grow bigger, the sunflower or the tomatoes?
