Book Fair

We would like to remind you that the Scholastic Book Fair is in school on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week. Families can visit this in the school foyer and adjoining room to see the books on offer from 8.45 until 9.15 and 2.45 until 3.30. There looks to be a lovely selection of books so it is well worth a visit. We hope that you are able to pop in for a visit.

Dates For Your Diary

In light of the recent newsletter from Eileen, our Family Co-ordinator, and our dates to visit the local community, we have now added several new dates to our “Dates for Your Diary” page. Please click on the link on the right under “Support Information” for all events currently planned to the end of term. We hope that lots of families will be able to participate in our activities.

Happy New Year

As tomorrow is Chinese New Year, both the morning and the afternoon children performed a dragon dance along the school corridor to visit a few of the classrooms. As you can see, we took both our dragons along and got a great reception from lots of people along the way. It was lovely to visit different rooms, including Primary 1, where some of the children will be pupils next year, and Primary 5/6 where it was great to see the Primary 6 buddies who usually come to visit us.
Thank you to all the staff and pupils who made us feel so welcome with our dragon dancing and well done to Nursery boys and girls for showing great confidence in the wider school environment. Gung Hay Fat Choy!

New Entrance

As our building works are about to commence, the usual Nursery entrance is now fenced off and inaccessible. From today, 15th February, we will use the old Primary 1 entrance doors to enter Nursery while our building work is taking place. A member of staff will be available to guide you to our new entrance. Plans of how the new Nursery will look continue to be displayed in the corridor beside the yellow cloakroom area. Thank you for your patience.
