Christmas Celebration Part Two

Just like the morning children, those in the afternoon made us feel proud when they sang their Christmas songs to their families in church on Tuesday, particularly since so many were absent making them a much smaller group. They proved themselves to be ‘confident individuals’ in their performance and we thank Mr. Higton and the United Reform Church for providing us with this opportunity. Thank you also to those families who provided an enthusiastic audience for the children.

Christmas celebration

We hope that, like us, you were very proud of all the children as they behaved and sang so beautifully in front of a big audience at our Christmas celebration on Tuesday. Huge thanks go to Mr. Higton and the United Reform Church for inviting us to their church and to the many family members who helped to make this a special occasion for the children. Here are a few photos of the morning children looking as wonderful as they sounded. We will post photos of the afternoon children soon.

Christmas Celebration

We hope that you are all looking forward to our Christmas celebration today, Tuesday 18th December. Children should attend Nursery at normal times and we will walk them to church. Families should then come to the United Reform Church for 11.00 or 2.00, depending on which session your child attends.
We are delighted that many of our families have indicated that they would like to be part of our celebration. We want this to be an informal occasion for the children to enjoy a relaxed and happy performance to their families and look forward to seeing you there.

Busy, Busy In The Sunshine Room

Our youngest children, in the Sunshine Room, have been busy in the lead up to Christmas making reindeer food and creating their own fireplace for their role play area. They showed concentration and perseverance as they worked away to produce some great work. The reindeer food will be coming home soon. We hope that Rudolph and his friends enjoy it.
