Last week our Health and Wellbeing focus was on politeness and manners. We have now established our Nursery rules and the children have been asked to try their best to use ‘please’, ‘thank you’ and ’sorry’ appropriately.
As part of a whole school award system linked to our Health and Wellbeing curriculum, Hecklegirth Star Awards will be given to children who have demonstrated success in this area of their learning. Well done to our first award winners who showed wonderful manners and consideration towards others. We feel sure that your families must be very proud of you.
We are really proud of Sophie for gaining a star award at Nursery and it really nice that her good friend Ava got one with her, FANTASTIC work girls, keep up the good manners!
