As well as learning about hygiene and safety when preparing foods, our youngest children in the Sunshine Room were developing their understanding of science and talking and listening skills when they recently made chocolate crispies. Who would have thought that something so tasty could provide so much learning? It is great to see these young children becoming so independent and focussed in their activities.
