Jackson Pollock

Various methods were experienced by the children in the Rainbow Room when trying to recreate the work of the artist Jackson Pollock. Brushes, pipettes, string and elastic bands over a box were all available and the children loved trying out them all.
Berrie: it’s splat paint.
Freddie: I like messy paint.
Poppy: it’s like Jackson Pollock the painter.
Tom: he was a painter. He lived in America.
Kaius: we splatted paint, dropped paint, played music with paint.
