Over the summer one of our pupils learned to grow carrots, taking care of them herself in the family garden. By the time she returned to Nursery they were ready to harvest so she kindly brought them in to share with her friends. The children who stayed for lunch one day helped to wash and chop the carrots so that everyone could have a little extra treat with their lunch. Well done – it seems that we have another great gardener in our Nursery.
