Primary 5D Dietican visit
Mrs Nelson, a dietician from Dumfries Infirmary, recently visited Primary 5 to provide information on a balanced diet. We used the Eat Well plate to discuss our dietary needs and had lots of fun sorting food and drinks into the different food groups. We also learned about the traffic light system of food labelling.
