Did Dalbeattie Primary enjoy Dick Whittington-‘Oh yes we did!’ As usual we were amazed at the vitality and enthusiasm of this brilliant theatre group and marvelled at how only four people can play a cast of so many more! We booed evil Captain Hawkeye, we laughed at his sidekick Spew[?], we sighed at the romance between Alice and Dick but most of all we absolutely adored Tommy the cat especially when he climbed up the wall bars!!
