Our Values

Over the last couple of years, we have worked hard to identify and promote our school values.  After consultation with children, parents and staff we felt the following three values best reflect our school:

Kindness

Honesty

Determination

We have weekly whole school assemblies with a value focus.

 

At assembly we celebrate children who have gone Over and Above in school – someone who has done something a we bit extra! We are rewarded for positive attitudes, living our values with pine cones which we are saving up and once the jars are full we will all benefit from a whole school trip!

At assembly we also celebrate wider achievement –

This is SHANARRI – he helps us with our health and wellbeing

This is Heather with our school mascot Smithy
