Since September our topic has been under the sea. First we focused on the location of the continents and the oceans to give us perspective. As part of this we have done some map work and conducted a science experiment to see how the currents of the ocean go around the world.
As you may have seen we voted, designed and created a under the sea wall full of creatures and features of the sea. This brought our learning to the ocean creatures and different habitats that they live in.
Since the October holidays we have been investigated the impact pollution can have on the ocean. We have conducted an oil spillage experiment and we are now focusing on the issue of CO2 in the atmosphere.
