Our Digital Leaders met to reflect on all the things they have worked on this year. Juice and biscuits helped to jog the memories! They also got their well earned Digital Leader certificates.

The Digital leaders looked at the feedback provided on the display they created to find out how we use technology at TPS:

A big shout out and thank you to the Digital Leaders from Mrs Addison for a fantastic job of completing our Annual Whole School Device Audit. They searched high and low for all of our iPads, Laptops & Chromebooks!

Online Safety Policy Development

The Digital Leaders supported the creation of the TPS Online Safety Policy. As part of the Online Safety Group, they shared their thoughts around ‘Acceptable Use’ of school devices and online access in school by pupils and staff. Their feedback helped to shape the development of the policy. They will be involved in reviewing the Online Safety Policy each year.

We have selected our 8 new Digital Leaders for this school year. Their first task was to gain feedback from our 15 classes about what type of support they would like from their Digital Leaders. You can see the feedback below:

We had to complete a whole school audit to return to the local authority. This was a really important job as they will use this to decide on how to spend the IT budget for next year. It was a big job and Mrs Addison was very glad that she had us to help. Team work makes the dream work!

We made short videos to remind staff and pupils of how to look after our iPad and Laptops and trolleys.

We made video clips to remind staff and pupils of how to look after our laptops, iPads and IT trolleys. We also turned these into posters to stick on each trolley.

We spent a LOT of time sorting out iPads, Laptops and Chromebook so that they were in the correct coloured trolley and had coloured stickers on them so pupils know which ones live in which trolleys.
