Ben’s 100 word challenge

Looking behind me I saw a large run down castle. I started to walk very quietly, saying anyone home? No-one answered. I headed towards the big door. I reached out with my shivering hand. I tried to stop my hand from knocking on the door. The knock sent a long echo through the corridors. The door started to slowly but creakily open. I ran to the first set of rocky stairs and went to the top of the highest tower. As I looked down I saw skeletons walking slowly.

George’s 100 word challenge

I started to look for it but it was getting dark and I was getting tired. A shape came from the distance. I walked on but I was still scared. I stopped and  looking behind me I saw a big, scary, hairy werewolf. I ran for my life. The werewolf took a big leap in front of me and I killed it. I found my tent in the bushes.

A few photos of what we’ve been up to in the last couple of weeks. We have been investigating the water cycle and looking at how water can become polluted. We have found out how water can be made clean again, using filters or chemicals, and why clean water is important.

We created robots using photos of electrical appliances, just like the WEEE man!!

We have been designing birthday cards for each other, so that when someone has a birthday they can choose a card from the whole class, to take home.
