Photos from Loch Insh

Just a few photos for those of us missing our Primary 7s! As was the case last year, we would appreciate it if you did not copy the images onto social networking sites. However, you are more than welcome to share the school blog address with family and friends. Please leave a comment by clicking on the link above. 🙂

Many thanks, Mrs Maclean

P7 Parachutes

Our class this week were making parachutes. We were makeing Learnard De Vinci’s parachute. We had to cut out a template and stick it on to card. Next we cut the parashute out and glue it together. Then we had to make holes on each corner and thread string through it. Once we had done that we got a small cube and tied it all together. The cube was supost to be the man. Then we tyied string to the top of the parachute and finally we got them hung up.

Michael Recycle

The nursery used recycled rubbish to make a robot. They went around the playground finding lots of rubbish lying around, they found two big bags of rubbish. So they built a robot called Michael Recycle. Some of the nursey children went to the asembly to show the older children what they had made. Michael Recycle’s feet are a pair of old wellies and the body is a box that is wrapped in green shiney paper.

WANTED!! P6 bloggers!

As my P7 bloggers are heading to Loch Insh soon, I’m looking for volunteers to have a go at writing for the school blog. You need to be able to come along on Thursday lunchtime from 1pm until 1.45pm. You don’t need to be a whizz on the computer but you do need to be enthusiastic. If you’d like to have a go, either post a comment on here or come and see me. 😀  They enjoyed it so much that the pupils who came and had a go this time last year are now my blog team !
