Dick Whittington at Markethill
Today the whole school watched a fantastic production of Dick Whittington. The actors did an amazing job, I lost count of the number of scenery and costume changes they had to do! Both staff and pupils had a great time and we all hope that Dick is feeling better after his little mishap!
Turra Tiles
The children have enjoyed it a lot.They have had at least 130 tile orders. They raised £541.89 but spent about £200 on resorces. It was hard to keep a steady hand but except from that it was quite easy.Their teacher said that they did really well.
Eco Tree!!!
The p5’s have made an awesome eco tree in the school as part of their Eco School work. The p5’s will add a leaf to the tree every time the school does an eco friendly activity. Some of the eco friendly activities are switching off all their classroom lights and computers and recyling all of their paper. Here is a photo of their awesome eco tree…

Puppet show!
All pupils in the school including the nurserywill get to see a puppet show from Out Of The Box.It will be held at St Ninian’s Church on Friday 9 December.Donations will be highly appreciated and you can donate at the door.
Panto!!!
On Monday there will be an ace panto for everyne to enjoy at the cost of £3.50. The Panto this year will be Dick Whittington Which was supposed to be here before so i’m sure we will like it now it is here. 🙂 🙂

Bug Hotel
The primary one’s have made a fantastic bug hotel. It has three floors which are made with pallets and inside there is moss,wood,stones,bricks,slate and paper tubes.It looks awesome!!!!
Opera Rehearsals
P6’s have been working as hard as they can learning their songs for the Scottish Opera. Hope it’s good guys!
Children In Need total!
after our fun filled day fundraising for Children In Need, the grand total was….(drum roll please) a whopping £3617.55! Well done everyone! 🙂
