It was midday on the beautiful cliff side when all of a sudden a dozen Clydesdale horses smoothly trotted to the very edge of the cliff were at the bottom of the cliff side. There was a gigantic waterfall. Along the opposite side there was mountain and beautiful trees swaying in the warm breeze.
When suddenly the leading Clydesdale decided to walk a tiny bit forward, until suddenly the leading horse fell off the cliff side. They found a secret ledge, jutting out from the cliff, that they all knew about that, nobody else knew about. He had is very own remote control that also nobody knew about. So the leading Clydesdale got slightly injured but basically the Clydesdale was fine but the very handsome man that was riding the Clydesdale horse was slightly injured as well. Suddenly the horse turned around and saw a gap in the beautiful cliff and then he galloped through the gap. He looked down at the floor there was beautiful golden sand and the wall were made of wood there was also a red plush sofa lying in the corner. The Clydesdale horse got his rider in the cave and layed him down on the sofa. Suddenly a horse came out of nowhere. The horse galloped around the cave and disappeared. The horse came out again and galloped around the cave again, then the horse disappeared again. The horse came out again with a rider on his back. The man got of the horse and pushed the Clydesdale’s rider off the sofa. The Clydesdale horse rider groaned in agony………
Monster in the Cupboard.
Once there was a shy boy called Toby. Toby was very smart but now sad because he had lost his hamster, Patch.
Toby had been playing with Patch, when suddenly there was a loud bang and Patch scuttered away, frightened of the bang.
That was the last they ever saw of Patch. Toby was very sad about his loss, Patch was his only friend and now he was gone.
After Patch disappeared, Toby started hearing scratching at his cupboard. First Toby thought that his mind was playing tricks on him. But then Toby started to get worried, what if it was a monster!
One night Toby heard the scratching again and it was louder than ever. He thought for a second, he climbed out of his bed and tiptoed to the door. He slipped into his mums room and shook her.
“Mum,MUM!” Toby cried. “I heard the scratching noise again.” Toby added. His Mum sat up.
“Tomorrow you are going to spend a night in that cupboard.” said Toby’s mum thumping back down on the pillow.
Toby could not get back to sleep that night. He tossed and turned but he still could not get to sleep. He was thinking about what could be in the cupboard.
The next day Toby slumped downstairs for breakfast big circles under his eyes. Toby could not concentrate at school that day. At playtime he sat in a corner to read Five Children and It. Just before he could start reading his teacher called after him.
“Toby, Toby.” said Mr. Still.
Mr. Still talked to Toby kindly.
“Toby is something the matter” asked Mr. Still.
“No sir.” lied Toby.
When Toby got home he was still worried about the deal he made with his mum.
“Mum.” Toby asked shaking. “Are you sure about the deal.” He said still shaking.
“Yes.” said Toby’s mum, and that was final.
So that night Toby scampered into the cupboard with a blanket and a pillow, and a torch to read his book with. Toby was breathing deeply.
Suddenly there was a sratching noise, Toby sat trying not to make a sound. Toby gasped there was something crawling accross him, it had little hard paws and a tiny tail, Toby tried to think what it could be but all he could think of was Patch with his small pink tail and his soft body.
But the creature did not harm him, it curled up on his lap and squeaked softly.
Toby gasped, he flashed on his torch, Toby blinked it was Patch! Toby picked up the skinny Patch and crawled out of his cupboard. Toby ran to get his mum.
When his mum saw the skinny Patch in Toby’s hand she was shocked. “Feed him Toby, go and get some orange for him he likes that.” his mum said, taking the slim hamster from him.
When Toby came back with a sliced jucy orange his mum had put Patch in his clean cage, Toby carefuly put the orange into Patch’s cage.
That night Toby could not hear the scratching , all he could hear was Patch crawling about in his cage safe and sound.
Rainbow Loses Her Colours
One bright, glistening day Rainbow was happily playing with a jolly little group of Irish Leprechauns in a beautiful, flowery meadow in Sunshine Land. Rainbow has bright fun colours, they are rosy red, bright yellow, sparkly pink, ocean blue, shiny purple, stunning orange and slimy green. The happy little Leprechauns had small green outfits with a leather black belt, which has a glittering gold buckle on it, they also had patent black pointy shoes with twisted black laces, all the Leprechauns had shiny ginger hair tucked under their little green and black hats and some Leprechauns had curly ginger beards flowing in the breeze. In the meadow you could smell sweet, colourful flowers and you could see tall wavy grass. While playing in the sunny meadow the wind suddenly came along and WHOOSH, it blew Rainbow’s fabulous colours off and they flew away and got spread all over the gigantic world. Immediatly Rainbow turned all dull and grey, she felt so sad and miserable because she had lost all her wonderful colours. As quick as they could the playful friends hurried into the humungous Wibbly Wobbly Woods to find Rainbow’s colours. In the distance they spotted red and yellow strips hanging from a old broken branch, it was two of Rainbow’s glorious colours. Next, because the friends could’nt find any more awesome colours they darted over to the sandy Higgeldy Piggeldy Beach, at the roasting beach they found three more of Rainbow’s spectacular colours. The colours Rainbow and the Leprechauns found were pink, blue and purple. Finally they arrived at the Leprechaun Village to look for the last two colour. Over in the corner of the village Rainbow and the little Leprechauns spied the last two colours, orange and green, floating above one little Leprechaun’s head. Quickly they sped over and grabbed the brilliant colours. Now that they have all the amazing colours, all the jolly Leprechauns took the colours and immediatly threw them back on to Rainbow, then suddenly she turned all bright and happy again, now all the friends can play happily once and for all.
THE END!!!!!
Well done everyone who did these stories. 🙂
Alone by the sea!!
One sunny day a friendly teenager called Olly was fast asleep, his mum and dad went into waken him and shouted “WAKE UP OLLY.”.Then they went through to Ollys little cute sister and said “WAKE UP SOPHIE”. Their mum and dad said “we are going to Portsoy beach”.
Olly was so excited when he woke up and found out they were going to the caravan by the sea. They parked up the car and set off to Portsoy caravan site.
On the first day of the holiday, the family all strolled along the beach, Olly wondered off to the rockpols and managed to get lost. He tripped over his feet on the pebbles, his face smashed off the ground and his glasses broke. Olly couldn’t see to find his family or retrace his steps home. Olly was crouched down sobbing, when he heard a strange squeeking noise coming from the sea it was a dolphin called Finn. They became friendly, Finn told Olly to jump into the sea and to hold on to his fin, Finn pulled Olly through the splashing waves back to Portsoy beach, where he was reunited with his family.
Every morning while Olly was staying at the caravan he skipped happily down to the water to see Finn. He loved to watch Finn diving and flipping in the sea. Olly loves going to the Caravan for holidays and always looks out for Finn
