Mark Inglis visited Gordon Primary on Friday 11th of November and spoke to P4 to P7 pupils .
He told them how he lost his legs at 23-years-old due to frostbite, but how that didnt stop him from going on to be the only double amputee to have stood on the roof of the world, the summit of Mount Everest.
“We learnt that if we really want to do something, we can do it, if we really try,” said Lucas in P4A.

It must have been horrible waking up with no legs and some fingers being amputated. he is amazing.
