I came across this post from BuzzFeed which offers an introduction and some recs for some of the most beautiful novels out there. And, if I can throw my tuppence worth in at this point, I’d rec The Sandman series by Neil Gaiman; an oldie but a goodie – and containing some of the most groundbreaking, inventive, beautiful artwork you’re likely to see.
